Cycle Count Administrator

Reporting to the Inventory Control Manager, the primary responsibility of the Cycle Count Administrator is to ensure the physical finished goods inventory is accurately recorded in the business Enterprise Resource Program (ERP – Adage) system.
Typical Duties and Responsibilities include:
· Follow a daily routine of cycle counting finished goods and work in progress inventory
· Update the business ERP system to accurately reflect the physical inventory
· Keep records of all counts and discrepancies and report weekly to Inventory Control Manager for review
· Carry out "route cause analysis" to mitigate future record inaccuracies
· Monitor Inventory to ensure proper date rotation and minimise waste
Skills and Qualifications:
· A post-secondary diploma or degree in Business or a related field
· Manufacturing Operations Certification or APICS designation would be an asset
· 3 years recent, related experience
· Advanced computer skills with MS Office
· Adaptable to changing circumstances and requirements
· Proven ability to self-manage and take ownership of processes and programs
· Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to develop and maintain collaborative working relationships

First Aid Attendant/Janitor

Janitor/First Aid Attendant
Duties & Responsibilities:
1) The attendant’s first priority is to evaluate patients, administer first aid and arrange for further medical treatment as required. As the on-duty First-aid attendant you are solely responsible for any decisions relating to patient treatment and follow-up care. The attendant’s other duties include, but are not limited to, maintaining appropriate records, ensuring adequate first-aid supplies are on hand and refilling eyewash stations.
2) As the janitor you will be required to maintain the non-production areas of the plant in a tidy and sanitary condition. You will be expected to perform your tasks safely as well as maintaining a safe environment for other employees.
3) May be required to perform other labouring jobs in the plant from time to time.
Qualifications Desired:
1) A current Level 2 or 3 Occupational First Aid Certificate is mandatory.
2) Proven abilities to communicate clearly, both verbal and written, is essential.
3) The first aid attendant assumes a significant amount of responsibility and therefore must be able to react quickly and appropriately in stressful situations.
4) The janitor must be self-motivating and able to organize their time effectively.

Job Summary:
Place orders for all contract stock and non-stock items as directed. Completes, distributes and files supporting documentation. Obtains information such as prices, delivery and freight costs from designated Suppliers. This position will be full-time.
Typical Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Place orders for all contract stock and non-stock items through the Computerized Material Management System.
2. Types, distributes with appropriate approval and files purchase requisitions/orders and/or other documentation for all contract and non-contract stock and non-stock items.
3. Maintains supplies and equipment catalogue files and provides this information to all user Departments as requested.
4. Contracts external Suppliers by telephone and/or letter to investigate a variety of matters such as incorrect invoices, contracted/quoted pricing problems, outstanding or backordered items and damaged goods. Traces duplicate shipments and organize invoice adjustments and credit notes with Suppliers as required and arrange return of equipment for repair to Suppliers as directed.
5. Types prepared tender documents and summary sheets for specific items and forwards to the suppliers.
6. Receives both internal and external visitors and Sales Representatives and provides them with information, arranges appointments with internal and external department staff and directs to appropriate areas and individuals.
7. Using the central computerized Material Management Module, maintains the Material Management files by entering changes to supplier names, product codes, descriptions or prices as directed.
8. Performs other related duties as required.
Education, Training and Experience:
. Two years recent, related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Skills and Abilities:
· Ability to type 50 WPM.
· Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
