We chose the songs for our commercials because they are about the simple goodness in life, a positive message that fits right in with the vitality and goodness that Sun-Rype is all about.
Bike
"Sun On My Face" is a piece of beach-to-bonfire, tappin' your foot summer bliss from Wee Boy Pretty, a Vancouver band born out of Whistler nights and lakeside days back in 2002.
Kite
"Stay Here" was written and performed by Vancouver band Mother Mother. Their original approach to modern pop/rock music is generating a lot of recognition with "vocal harmonies even Queen would be proud of" According to UR Chicago.
Shoes
"The Light is You" is a new song from Said the Whale. An independent band from Vancouver, BC, that, according to their website, sound like "laying on your back in Stanley Park on a warm summer day watching the clouds." That sounds good to us.
Swing
"Sleepy Tigers" is a new song by Her Space Holiday. Her Space Holiday is the musical moniker of Marc Bianchi, a singer and songwriter from California who's been recording and performing since 1996. His new album, XOXO, Panda And The New Kid Revival will be released this fall on Mush Records.
